01 Not a SaaS dashboard — a client portal. Opens with a personalized serif greeting and a "concierge" card for Jonesy, not a KPI wall. Superhuman / Notion-Team vibe: space for a human relationship, not just data.
02 Deliverables queue as the home view. Prototype ✓, walkthrough video, executive summary, brief thread — rendered like a Superhuman inbox with thumbnails, sender, state chips, elapsed time. This is the actual moment of value for Team/Enterprise clients.
03 Instrument Serif + Inter pairing. Serif is reserved for headlines and the "Notes from Jonesy" block — turns editorial warmth into a product surface without going full magazine.
04 Milestone timeline with "now" node. Classic Notion/Linear milestone ladder, but with a pulsing ring on the active milestone. Communicates "you are here" without a project-management feel.
05 RACE mini-composer embedded. The RACE fields from the live app appear as a compact read-only strip — clients see the RACE metadata for every deliverable Jonesy ships. This is how RACE stops being a framework and starts being a receipt.
06 Team seats with roles. Two-up grid with avatar gradients, owner tag, invite row. Sets up the Team plan upsell without a sales banner.
07 Threaded messaging with Jonesy. Client + Jonesy avatar bubbles, composer with keyboard hints — mirrors Superhuman / Intercom intimacy. Makes "reply to Jonesy" as cheap as DMing.
08 Craft details. Warm off-white (#FBFAF7) paper, soft card shadows (≤12px, 10% alpha), purple selection, 2px focus ring, tabular-nums for anything countable, AA contrast across all surfaces.

Quick one — can the RACE prompt adapt to pharma context? Our Q2 has a regulated product launch and the tone needs to change.

Hey — yes. I'll flip the Industry chip to Healthcare and add a Context line about the FDA-side constraints. You'll see the new draft before noon tomorrow. One page, calm tone, three decisions — same frame.

Got the prototype. It's calmer than anything we've ever sent the board. Sending to Mohan now.

Appreciate you. Walkthrough video drops in your queue in the next hour — six minutes, captioned, sharable. Let me know if round 1 feedback hits anything structural; I'll turn it tonight.

Notes from Jonesy
What I actually built you — and what I didn't.

I built the prototype calm first — your team is good at numbers and tired of theatre, so the draft reads like a human wrote it on a Friday, not a machine at 3am. The RACE fields are in the sidebar of every run so anyone on your side can audit what I asked the model to do.
I did not build the dashboard you asked about last week. Not yet. The dashboard becomes useful once the board-update flow is ratified — until then, it would just be pretty charts of the wrong metrics. Round 1 feedback should tell us which direction to move. Does that make sense?
