01 Terminal window chrome + $ prompts. The topbar mimics macOS window dots; the hero opens with jonesy@drjonesy:~$ whoami --brief. Developers recognize it instantly; non-devs still parse the narrative. Vercel / Turso / Railway use the same trick.
02 Syntax-colored prose. Body copy reuses an editor palette — pink for strings, yellow for numbers, purple for keywords, blue for functions, teal for truthy signals. Reading the page feels like reading good code.
03 52px monospaced grid background. Almost-invisible 1px white grid (1.5% alpha) grounds the layout on a CLI surface — without looking like graph paper.
04 `ls -la` app listing. The apps section is first rendered as a tabulated directory listing (perms, size, date, name, status) — then expanded as package cards. Two ways in; one metaphor.
05 RACE framework as fenced code. The R/A/C/E section is a real code block with line numbers and comment coloring — turns an explainer into a snippet someone could copy.
06 Consulting rendered as a POST endpoint. "POST /commission" with a JSON response shows deliverables as properties — the right mental model for a technical buyer.
07 Craft details. ::selection paints teal, focus ring is 2px teal offset 3px, all numbers use tabular-nums, blinking cursor on the sticky prompt, keyboard hint chips in CTAs.
08 Brand palette kept — assigned to semantic roles. Navy = bg, purple = keywords, teal = success / CTA, orange = warnings. Same palette, reassigned by function.
